Pureon
The Purity Pokemon

Abilities: Technician

Type: Normal

Pureon is the extremely rare evolution of Eevee. Without changing Eevees genetic Type makeup upon evolving, Pureon has higher power capabilities than its counterparts. The only way for Eevee to evolve into Pureon is to give it a Purity Stone. However, only one of these minerals has ever been found; by the famous researcher, Steven Stone. He gave this stone to Bill as a gift, neither of them knowing what this item could do. To Bills surprise, one of his Eevee's evolved when it came into contact with the stone. Knowing that this Pokemon would be prized by everyone, he kept Pureon hidden in his "secret garden", so that nobody would steal it.

I was inspired to make Pureon because Bill is known to keep many types of eeveelutions. Instead of a random legendary being kept in his garden, I chose a extremely rare (and slightly more powerful) eeveelution.
