The MagneticCharge Pokemon
Type: Steel/Electric
Abilities: Plus/Minus
Description: Magnouro head is highly negatively charged, while its tail is positively charged. When it's head and tail touch, its electricity super charges and flows through its body rapidly. On occasion, its charges may become neutral from this process and it loses its electricity for a moment.
Ok so this guy lol... Obviously its based off a chain magnet. However its also based off the legend of the Ouroboros en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ouroboro… . This is the mythical serpent who is eating its tail, representing never ending forces and eternal return. In this case, never ending energy when its head and tail meet, though for for the science of neutralization, this energy might cancel out time to time.

It can, but the magnetic pull tends to bring it to a curve, as the head and tail try to connect. He's got a hard life lol.
