I was working on another animation which somehow lead to a revamp of [link] It's pretty shoddily made but overall I'm happy with it.Kirby is property of Nintendo

Here's my whole four-colored Kirby thing.
Pink and Yellow are sises/cousins. Green and Red are brothers/cousins. Green loves Pink, Pink loves Red, Red, loves Pink.
And Yellow is just some bad-ass chic. Pretty understanding of Green, though. Thinks Red is kinda cute.

That's pretty good, although I think it may be a little too slow. Are you using tweens? You may want to cut down on the amount of in-betweens...... although it could just be me.

uhh... what be tweens? and NO Kirby is not easy to make in flash. It was frustrating to say the least.

That's funny because I find drawing Kirby to be very hard. xP
Tweens stands for "in-between" and it's where you make two keyframes and the computer fills in the frames between them. Flash lets you do that for example.
