Nah, there's something else to it. I'd say she seemed very lonely, except that the subject looks just content. There's a sweet silence in the walls coming up against her on either side. it just makes her look ... alone. Not lonely, but alone, and content with it. You know what I mean? have a guitar tab that goes right along with it.
