Henry is now traumatized mean while George is just like “I’m done with this bs”.c:
It took so long, irl this picture is 9x12 inches which is a lot bigger than normal for me.
This is kind of part of the larger story I’m working on so again any questions feel free to ask.

George is Henry’s uncle. He basically helps Henry try to find his older brother. Since the day Henry’s older brother went missing various monsters and dragons started popping up. George helps Henry since Henry doesn’t know much about the monsters. The shadow stays under cover in the shadow of its victims. Once it emerges it grabs hold of its victims with sharp teeth and fingers poisoning the victims blood. Once the process is complete another shadow is born and the cycle continues. This particular shadow has been hidden for quite a while waiting for the right moment. George has had to deal with these things so many times that he’s modified a water gun to shoot molten fire salts (which are not much hotter than room temperature). This kills the shadow on impact.
Henry has no idea what’s going on and is just generally freaked out so he tries to stab it in the head. All this does is get his sword stuck. Since the shadow can’t be killed through stabbery.

That's really cool! And also it explains why he's so casual about getting rid of the threat when Henry's all freaking out. Are they going to be the main duo for your story?
