I cannot find the base textures for the CSS for SSB4 Wii U so again please if you can get back to me on this please reply and thanks. when you do reply let me know if you cannot access the textures. because if you cant ill just use the image as a reference and make my own just like the "newcomer" panels on the SSB website used to do before the games release
