“Dude. What are you looking at?” Patrick said, nervously chuckling, shifting in his seat as he began to feel uncomfortable.

“It’s started. You’ll notice it too,” Bryce said intently, smiling wide. “Buckle up for a ride, my man.”

“Huh?” Patrick began to ask, his body even more uncomfortable. He realized then that the discomfort he was feeling wasn’t just from Bryce’s awkward behavior but also from his pants. They felt increasingly tight. Looking down, he saw with shock that his midsection was steadily swelling, beginning to obscure his belt.

“What the fuck?” Patrick said in disbelief, his hands immediately grabbing his stomach. His fingers pressed into the soft give of fat as it continued swelling under his shirt. He let go and looked at Bryce in horror. “What’s happening?!”
