Tim has a fiery new team member, much to her dismay...

UPDATE
Tim is now a Rogue, and she's very nervous about it.

THE BASICS
Name: Tim (or Timmy or Timbo- she responds to all variations of her name.) Jones

Weight: 130 lbs
Hometown: Fuchsia City (supposedly)
Faction: Army (ROGUE)
Extra items: Tim keeps a small dagger tucked away in her boot.

PERSONALITY
Tim, when relaxed, is rather flighty and odd; usually wondering around wooded areas, climbing trees, talking to those trees, etc. When on duty or when she's been given a task, Tim is just odd and not so flighty. She can focus intensely on the task at hand and won't rest until it's finished.

Though Zyva tried very hard to instill a healthy bit of fear into her, Tim is pretty fearless. You could chalk this up to the naivety of a girl who's lived outside of society for most of her life.

Because of how she grew up, she's also not very good at interacting with other people. So often ends up confusing those she encounters with her inability to communicate the strange workings of her brain. Tim has decided this would be a good think to work on, since she's now a military lady and all.

HISTORY
Little 4-year-old Tim was found by ex-special operative sniper, Zyva Oshna. Ten years after Mew ended the war, she retired to a house outside of Fuchsia City. One day on a trip to the city to buy supplies, Zyva found little Tim crouched on the ground, all alone, shivering.

When Zyva found her, she could not speak aside from the name "Tim," and assumed that her stunted speech was the result of some trauma. They spent the rest of the day searching for the child's parents or family members, but to no avail. So, Zyva took the little girl (later to be named Tim, as after a while it seemed to suit her) under her wing.

Together, Zyva and Tim lived in her small house. Zyva raised the little girl to the best of her ability, teaching her how to garden, how to cook, how to clean, how to ride a bike. Little by little, without Zyva pressing her, Tim began to relearn her language. By age 6 she was speaking fluently again. For a while, after her speech returned, Tim attended school in Fuchsia city. But she eventually stopped going because she didn't feel comfortable around the other children. In the end, Zyva decided to home school her. Growing up with Zyva wasn't easy; she did not abide slacking off. But Tim didn't mind much at all.

One day when Tim was around 19 she was wandering around the forest, she found a little Mankey being attacked by a gang of Primeape. This struck a chord in Tim, so she decided to help him. With a lot of stomping and yelling, Tim manged to scare the gang away away. Though the Mankey was wary of her at first, Tim was persistent and managed to win him over. With even more persistence, she managed to convince Zyva to let her keep him around.

A year later, Tim decided to join the army, just like her guardian. Zyva neither discouraged nor encouraged this decision; she warned Tim about the horrors of war, but knew in the end the decision was not her own. Tim was a grown woman and could make her own decisions.

So Zyva saw Tim off as she went off to war. They meet up every once in a while, and correspond through letters.

Tim has recently defected to the Rogues. Her doubt about her motivations for fighting and Katrya's enticing psychic whispers exacerbating that doubt that resulted in her switching teams. She doesn't know what she's fighting for, but she knows it's not Kanto. Along with a few of her friends, she's fighting a new fight now.

POKEMON

Mankey the Primeape:
Male | Naive Nature | Vital Spirit
Tim didn't give Mankey an actual nickname because, just has she had been named for the only word she could say, she figured "Mankey" was the little Pokemon's personal name. He makes up for his short stature with extraordinary speed. He's also rather handy for sneaking around and slipping into tight spaces or climbing up high. This is why Tim thought they'd make a good team when enlisting. They're both quick on their feet and good at sneaking.

Mankey is a little bit of a punk to people and Pokemon he doesn't know. Chances are he got kicked around a lot before Tim found him, so he's very standoffish. Once he warms up to somebody, he gets rather clingy- he likes to hang off of Tim's shoulders, for example.

One unfortunate thing about Mankey and Tim's relationship is that they still haven't quite figured out how to communicate. Though Mankey sort of figured out the workings of the of the household and Tim's scatterbrained thought processes while they lived with Zyva, they've both got a whole new set of rules to learn now that they're out on their own. Mankey hasn't quite gotten the hold onto what commands are, and Tim doesn't quite know to give them.

Despite his recent evolution, Tim still calls the Primeape Mankey. It would be weird otherwise, really.

Whips the Bulbasaur:
Female | Docile Nature | Chlorophyll
Whips is the first official military addition to Tim's team. Her name was inspired by how she tends to greet people. She doesn't always harm people, but she likes to figure people out with her whips.

Whips is laid-back, but not nearly as skittish and her teammate Mankey. She likes to attack from a distance in battle, relying on attacks like sleep powder and seed bomb. She gets along well with Tim and Mankey, though. She follows Tim's commands, but isn't' dependent on them and can make her own calls from time to time.

Mona the Kangeskhan:
Female | Serious Nature | Scrappy
Mona is a big mama bear... er... Kangeskhan. She is mysteriously missing her pouch baby, resulting in her somewhat ornery nature. She's not incredibly aggressive unless provoked, though, and is fairly protective of most everyone. Mona dislikes seeing people being injured, no matter what "side" Tim claims they're on.

Mona has the strange and perhaps saddening habit of putting things (Tim's boots, flowers, food, Mankey...) inside of her pouch.

Magnemite the Magnemite:
NA | Naive Nature | Magnet Pull
Magnemite is brand new to Tim's team, gained upon defecting to the Rogues. Tim hasn't gotten to know this guy very well, but it's thus-far revealed itself as curious and easily frazzled little fellow. He's incredibly powerful attack-wise, but gets lost and disoriented very easily.

Fury the Charizard:
Male | Rash Nature | Blaze
Fury is the party member Timbo has had the hardest time bonding with. Tim has realized she's terrified of fire attacks, having never needed to interact with them directly before now. She's afraid of the powers Fury possesses and unsure about her ability to control them.

Fury seems to sense this in Tim and therefore doesn't much care for or respect her. He's rather brazen and tends to do what he wants when he wants, attacking and flying around as he sees fit.
