Personality:

He's a charmer, he loves woman as much as he loves alcohol and partying. He loved his hometown for the nightlife it offered.

As stated he loves woman, but not just in the sex side, being raised in a house full of females be doesn't like to see woman being treated with disrespect.

His views on the war is that it is pointless and stupid, along with using Pokémon.

He is scared of pokémon including the one he was issued with.

Backstory:

Teddy come's from a family of law enforcers, his mother a Police officer along with his one sister, Alisha and his other sister being a a Nurse in training, Lucille.

His father was also a police officer but he passed away whilst after a criminal when Teddy was only 7 years old, this made Teddy believe he was the man of the house now, having to bring the bacon home and such.

He acquired a paper round a year later, that was when his sisters who at the time were 10 saw a Vulpix, since that was the first Vulpix they had ever seen in the city they found it incredibly adorable, so Teddy came up with a plan.

A week alter he went out into Route 8 armed with a piece of rope and a water bottle to capture himself a Vulpix for his sisters.

His efforts didn't turn out as he planned, when eh had found the Vulpix, the Vulpix's mother found him, Teddy fled being chased by the baby Vulpix and the mother Ninetails to the nearest building,a house that was on the market to be rented, the Ninetails and Vulpix decided to 'lock' him inside by setting fire tot eh entrance, unfortunately the building was soon going up inflames with young Teddy trapped inside crying and scared, he blacked out at that point so he doesn't realize how he had gotten out, he presumed it must have been one of the people in the crowd who were surround him and dotting on him as the building burned, but that incident has left Teddy scared of fire and Pokémon, specifically Vulpixs, Nintails and fire types.

As the years went by, Teddy remembering how his father died and a few close calls where Alisha has taken to the hospital for stab wounds, Teddy vowed never to join any form of law enforcement, since the people they were trying to protect would either hurt them or berate them for their efforts anyway, why bother risking his neck out for those ungrateful so and so's?

This annoyed his sisters and mother, but his mind was made up, when he left school at 16 he instantly acquired a job at the local garage, then the local bar, then the local inn until his current job before joining the forces as a Clerk int he grocers.

One night whilst he was out on the town, Alisha was out with him since it was one of her few free nights off, she jokingly convinced Teddy into joining the Air Force whilst he was drunk, saying he wouldn't last a day and that he was too much of a chicken to do it,so he signed up.

The next day rolled around and he didn't recall a thing, that was until a few days later when the army truck pulled up to collect him.

Let's just say, he was beyond livid at what Alisha had made him do.

Reason for defect

The reasons for Teddy joining the rouges is a bunch of things, one his family has always held high ideals for him. Being a Partridge meant you had to act a certain way, you HAD to be a Police Officer or a Nurse or some form of person who helps others, this along with the fact Alisha tricked him into signing up to the Air Force, and his Mother applauding her for the fact, he has held resentment for them because of that. Then there’s the fact he has no idea what any of this fighting is for and he’s been doubting this war for awhile, along with the fact he already lost a friend [Moranna]. He and Ada had originally planned to go AWOL with the start of this round, having packed their things into his plane, stealing that too.

Pokemon bio:

Growing up in Mt Moon was fun for Cleo, she liked to hang out with the Zubats and other Clefairies, everything was pretty swell for her, but in her clan they told stories of 'the humans' who would fight and kill each other, pilfer their supplies and kill the Pokémon if they were too close.

Cleopatra didn't understand this, so she decided to check that out, he ventured to Cerulean City, just the outskirts, to observe the humans.

This was when she became entranced by their habits, their buildings, clothes, their imagination. She went back home to Mt. Moon but didn't tell anybody.

People would come and go through Mt. Moon, mainly hikers, sometimes she would find lost possessions like a pocket watch or books, that's where she acquired her name, Cleopatra. Someone had left a book on Egyptian Pharaohs, she can read some writing, but nothing too great.

The one day she found a couple canoodling as she began watching, but the boy saw her, and the couple freaked, running from her, to which she began chasing shouting in her tongue 'Wait I only wish to watch you doing humany things!' to have the boys hat hit her in the face as they fled. That is how she acquired her hat.

Finally, as the new war started up, military men arrived,and chaos began to ensue for a lot of pokémon, even Cleopatra was shocked at her manhandling and being stuffed into the little ball.

She was then trained, to which she didn't like how they handled her, but she went along with it.

Finally she was released again from her pokéball, to meet the lanky man known as Teddy, to meet her new Master.

Pokemon personality:

She is a very curious pokémon especially about human behavior. She'll occasionally mimic a person's mannerisms, mainly a female's and she loves to primp her hair, but don't let this fool you, she is very feisty and she'll instantly put a person in their place.

She like's her trainer, but gets annoyed at him a lot since he treats her like a monster and is scared of her, and he's a flirt at the worst of times, she will slap him to bring him to his senses.

She gives him space as well, not always being too close, she is slowly working him to becoming used and unafraid of her and other pokémon.

Pokemon bio:

Stan even in the wild didn't care much about others, he only cared about his own safety and well being, so one day he left his family thinking they could get captured by the humans, but ended up getting captured regardless.

He doesn't really know how long he had been locked up in that man made contraption, but once he was released he head butted the first human he saw, to which the pink puff ball Clefairy pinned him to the floor with her telekinesis for her to explain to him who it was he just head butted, Teddy, his new trainer.

Pokemon personality:

To sum up Stan's personality in one word would be selfish. He only thinks about himself, his own safety, especially when it comes to fighting, if he had to pick between defending his 'trainer' or partner from an attack and getting hurt himself, or just not helping, running or even joining the opponent to help them if he thinks they'll win.

If they don't win, no matter he's still Teddy's Pokemon whether they like it or not.

Pokemon 3:

Drogo | Gastly | Quiet | Levitate | Male

Pokemon bio:

Drogo was taken from near Lavender Town, which is why Morana requested him. He was never one of her tormenters, though she doesn’t know that. He is, as his nature suggests, quiet for a Gastly, not really fond of pranks or trickery. He prefers to float around, listening to the music that comes from Lavender Town on occasion. He has never really fought, and this will be as much of a learning experience for him as it is for Morana. The purple fog that he creates changes shades based on his mood. A brighter purples means he's happy, but a darker one means he's afraid or angry.

He has little to no human interaction, but rather hopes that he’ll get to hear some music while he’s out.

This was the information given before he attacked a fellow cadet; Teddy Partridge during a training session, and then at a later point in time killed his previous trainer Moranna and disappeared presumably for good.

But recent reports have cropped up of cadets suffering from nightmares and lack of sleep, Drogo had stuck around for reason's we are uncertain of, might it be linked to the sleepy soldiers? Possibly.

Teddy ended up with the help of Cleo finding Drogo's missing Pokéball after Teddy's 5th unsuccessful night of sleep, and recaptured the ghoul, much to Teddy's dismay since now the Higher Ups have given him Drogo to look after.

Pokemon personality:

Drogo enjoys what he's tasted so far wars misery and wishes to exploit it some more with his new trainer, sneaking into his dreams, planting seeds of doubt, slowly, ever so slowly driving the young cadet insane. Or at least that what Drogo wishes to happen, which may be a difficult task what with that Clefairy guarding the boy. Oh well, there are always the other soldiers he can fuck with, the enemies she can't protect.

Pokemon bio:

Nobody is entirely sure where xe came from, one day xe was just there looking over everything electronic curiously including the people. Xe didn't mind being captured and was promptly given to Teddy when he turned rouge.

Pokemon personality:

Brental is a hyper little git, not the sort of hyper that does your head in, but a happy playful kind of hyperness. Xe would rather play and pretend xyr in a band rather than fight. This may think xe is naive, but xyr isn't entirely naive, xe knows when to get serious with a job and has a basic idea of fighting.

Napoleon | Espeon | Impish | Magic Bounce | Male

Pokemon bio:

Napoleon was taken from the daycare centre in Johto by the Johto military, but before he could get any training in the battle of Ecruteak happened and the rouges took him away with them.

He was given to Teddy after the man started to become a little more comfortable with Pokémon so they still share A LOT of tension between one another, Napoleon loving to fuck around and scare Teddy and Teddy still easily getting scared by Pokémon.

One other titbit is since Napoleon talk's to Teddy the most telepathically he is 'linked' to him, so whenever Teddy's under serious stress/fear of some sort Napoleon will become antsy and feel that emotion, this is handy if Teddy is in a dangerous scrape and needs to be rescued, since Napoleon can home in on him too to his general location.

Pokemon personality:

Napoleon's got a cocky personality and he loves to play pranks on his trainer, even if it's just talking solely to him telepathically and nobody else to make people around them look at Teddy funny when he shout's his half of the conversation from frustration. Even though he is like this to Teddy he is still protective of him.
