i agree with ArtLitLover...
good tutorial for us beginners
The only thing I had a prob with was not having my kneaded eraser... I need to get another one... they fall on my carpet and get all fuzzy and dirty
and also i couldnt exactly draw the best eye shape outline

Haha, I have the same problem sometimes.. I already bought like.. 4 new ones this year because I always accidentally drop them!
The shape outline is kinda hard sometimes, but it's about taking close looks at the reference picture.
It doesn't have to be a "perfect match" to the picture (especially when you're a beginner!), just make the shape a little human-ish! As in.. eyes aren't really round or oval usually Just pay attention when you look at pictures and you'll soon find out the actual shape of a human eye!

yesh =3 I was overall pleased i would say with how it came out... o.0 Where do you get an electric eraser for under $10?

LOL, an electric eraser..? I guess you mean a kneaded one?
They mostly cost me less than a euro.. even less than a dollar..
But since I'm I wouldn't exactly know where to buy 'em in the US! Just check out some warehouses/art stores, I'm sure you can find them somewhere... I usually buy mine at this magazine shop which also sells some art tools!

I don't know, but they have them. Google "electric eraser" and you'll see

They are not that great... I had one and I had mixed feelings about it.
Most of them "scrub" automatically (either by rotating or vibrating... mine rotates). I guess I thought it would make erasing easier, but It took time to adjust to the motion, size, felling and even noise of the eraser... Since mine has different eraser types (interchangeable) it is fun to work with when doing certain shadowing effects, but I wouldn't trust it as I trust my kneaded eraser.
Still, if you really want one I suggest you check them out on e-bay.

Oh! and If you have trouble keeping your kneaded eraser in good shape, just but a special case to storage it while you are not working with it.
