Satan... the man without fear!!Before I kick off I have to say firstly a thank you to for suggesting this idea to me. It coincided funnily enough with 's Daredevil Character of the Month so it worked out nicely.
Anyway, this is DareDEVIL. Instead of doing the usual and putting Matt Murdock into his usual crime fighting costume the Devil has taken over and decided to have a go himself and check out the crime activities in Hell's Kitchen.
This is just what my interpretation of what Satan himself would look like in the famous red costume. Usually if I draw identities from Hell I make them more monstrous but I wanted to make sure I still have a human type feel to the character.
DareDEVIL was sketched and inked by hand and coloured with coloured pencils. The background was quickly knocked up in Photoshop.

it helps that one of my characters is the god of chaos 
chaos is mercurial nad unpredictable but if she decides to enter a deal she will maybe honor her contract ...unless she decides ona whim nottoo but she wont screw you over if she decides too honor the agreement...am i making sense ?

This is one of the better portrayals of DareDevil I've seen.
I love his confident facial expression, and the pose is right on. The anatomy looks wonderful!
And you've done an excellent job blending the photoshop background with the traditional work. It all comes together to make a great looking final image.

This is brilliant, I especially like the background - it has captured the image of what we would expect hell to be like, but it creates this without losing the feeling of it being a mysterious place. As for Daredevil - I really like your unique spin on him. It's nice to see artists like you take an idea and make it their own. You've definitely succeeded in making him more monstrous, but not a complete monster. The balance between the monster and human qualities are clearly illustrated in the face. The horns combined with the human skin and the friendly smile creates the perfect unity. Hope to see more pieces like this from you in the near future.
