he should be fine with it... up to you to check but as long as you give him some credit im sure he wont mind... not one of those wanky 'my photo' guys... i dont get those people that think its stealing to use a photo for drawing or other purposes. i mean its not like they grew the person thats in the picture or cut the mountains in the background... you dont own it cause you took a photo of it or her.... hope your doing well man.. talk soon.

Man, you're cracking me right the fuck up!! That "not like he grew that person" line is fucking awesome!!

Anyway, the guy gave me permission so I'm going forward. Probably have some done in the next day or two -- it really IS a good image both as a photo and your rendering (the pencil rendering is the one I'm going to use). You'll both get links.
