There was a lot of DnD moments in there:
GM/DM: The kids babble excitedly about a "mirkwood"
Sheriff Hopper's player: I roll to intimidate the boys
DM/GM: They quiet down and give you an explanation

hahaha, yup! The most D&D moment for me was Sheriff Hopper trying to bluff the guard, obviously rolling a 1, and then just punching him. I've known a fight or two in my time who's followed that exact path.

hahahaha, that would be awesome. If him failing his bluff check on that one guard and deciding to punch him instead isn't a D&D reference, I don't know what is.

Nice drawing! I love the colors. I spent nine hours of my day last week completely jaw-dropped at the TV. It was phenomenal and as a lover of the 80's.. Wow. Great job again.
