The human world is full of strange things, isn't it, Ariel?

I was watching a bunch of Disney movies and The Brave Little Toaster (technically not a Disney movie, though it was distributed by them) a few weeks ago.
The Little Mermaid and the aforementioned Brave Little Toaster (in that order) were the last two I watched, and while thinking about them both, this idea popped into my brain.
I was planning to draw a more elaborate background, but this thing already took too long to color due to lack of access to coloring materials. So no elaborate background for you, nope.
I might upload the one with a darker resolution for the sake of comparison (I'm having trouble deciding which version is better).

LOL This is so cute! I remember watching The Brave Little Toaster. Wow, it's been YEARS since I've seen that. I think I'll request it on netflix and take a trip down memory lane.

I couldn't watch The Brave Little Toaster when I was a kid - I found it too scary (especially the swamp scene). XD

getting better I see. Actually don't have a complaint about Lampy here. Ariel arm does look a little rubbery though.
Also I still say the way you draw eyes is weird.

They might look rubbery because of the poofy sleeves. Or did you mean to refer to her hands?

Actually the biggest issue here is that the bicep/tricep area between the shoulders and elbows are too long.
the hands are okay, though the wrists to look a little thick. Also the shoulders are not aligned quite right.
