I want to say Weeping Angels from Doctor Who, but it's a bit complicated to talk about them since they don't fit the thing of the topic of what I'm talking about... Maybe a more easier way to describe this is most likely the Boos from the Super Mario series.

Also, I know this could be Halloween related, but it's too late for Halloween but it'll still work no matter what.

Furthermore, yes, I am fully aware I made a Squid Game reference in the 3rd panel.
