Description
I have tried to make the composition on this one as good as possible. It's a WIP but there is a risk I wont do anything more on this so I upload it just in case
So what do you think about the composition, does it work?

Yes and no, the only point that struck my eye and might break your composition is the camera angle. it might be because of the unfinished shading but something that pops out was that the foreground directy the eye with lightning and the hole direction to the upper left, while the background and the midground redirects everything the the left and down, it can work but as it is now it's a bit weird. Oh and i just noticed, the sky it way too dark ontop, it looks like it makes the roof of a cave, you may put some lighter shading on the dark spots, overall don't use Total whites or total blacks to establish your "lighning". e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s⦠" width="15" height="15" alt="

Have a nice day ! e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s⦠" width="15" height="15" alt="

Thank you for the critique, it really helps .
I will try to make the sky lighter, but the intention was to frame the guy and the blanket to make them the focus of the painting by making the "frame" dark.
You said that the eye is guided left and then down, and as i watch it I agree.
Would adding more shadows to the bottom help to frame the picture more?
Thank you for a really nice and fair Critique

Yes, atleast in the foreground , everything that's "near" is naturally darker in shadows, so the cracks could be spiced up and edges too keep going, you're doing good

Wow, fantastic. I love the composition, even the sense of crowding from the right. It's a picture which pulls you straight in and sparks the imagination. Wonderful work.
