running animation test GIF.This is also my very first animation, that I made last year.

I used a program called Paint.NET and a graphics tablet to draw the frames then saved each frame as a GIF image (also PNG for film use) then used some GIF program to make the moving image

ohh how many a sec. sorry I misread. I don't know exactly, it's a little bit faster than 0.125 a frame, and it has a 1 cs delay between each frame. I'm guessing, its ABOUT 5-6. but im not sure.

And what program?
Cuz i would really recomend flash cs3 if you're just starting ^^
It's easy to use and you barely have to know the program to make an animation :3

I use Paint.net and WMM but Photoshop CS I was actually looking at earlier, but I couldnt find a free version online, and it seems quite expensive. I've always wanted Photoshop too :3 did you buy yours and if so how much?

I've got ps cs3 but i don't know how much it costs :S
I got ps free with my tablet if i remember right but my father probably just downloaded the one i've got now D:
But believe me, photoshop isn't that great.
I've been working with it for over 3 years already and i still don't understand half the program :S
And besides that, i can't seem to work with it anymore ever since i started using sai since the lineart in ps is horible >.<.

cs 4 and 5 may be to heavy for your pc. And i can't seem to find a free download for ps :S (cs1)
