Description
Part 1: fav.me/d7jwqjaThe exotic dancer struggles against the grip of the quicksand below, but the struggle is hopeless. She sinks to her neck and the desert sands begin to build around her head. Exhausted from trying to pull herself out, she reaches outward hoping that someone will emerge from the storm to save her. Her last bits of hope begin to fade as even her outstretched hand is claimed by the sand and wind. The sand drags her mouth below, leaving her unable to do anything but watch and pray for someone to find her before the desert fully claims her.

Here's part 2 of Quicksand Storm. Things get bleaker for our helpless victim here. Will a savior emerge from the shifting sands and pull her out just in time or will she be buried beneath the desert forever lost? I'll leave it up to you to decide.

Probably not simply because I'm not sure I'd be able to make it look like the original: my style shifts slightly from year to year.

Poor girl, looks like she's doomed to stay buried like that. Love the fact you can see the very top of her fingers poking out of the sand there.

Your welcome. Loved the idea. Would you consider doing a image before the first one at hip deep so we can see more of the outfit she wears. Just a thought

I probably won't make that one mainly because I don't really know for sure what the rest of her outfit would look like for sure. I have an idea in my head, but now that I've drawn her this deep, I don't really feel like going backwards if that makes any sense. The only way I'd consider it is if I have Part 3A and Part 3B: one where she's pulled out and one where she goes under. I don't have any plans to do so though.

That is fine. As I say here it is no good to try and force a drawing out. You have to be happy with a drawing and is fun doing it, that is the point of drawing. It is for you mainly and for you to share.
If you continue forward with image I would be happy to see them, but if you don't then that is good too.
