Description
Name: HARDAC (Hologrpahic Analytical Recirpocating Digital Artificial Computer)
Age: Thousands of Years Old
Hair: Red (holo-form), Silver Metal (physical form)
Eyes: Red
Likes: Machines, Perfection, being in control, hurting and torturing other species that he deems inferior, suffering to organics, Logic, Power, scientific advancement, Godhood, the song “Evil Grows” and “I’ve got no Strings”, his creations
Dislikes: Inferior lifeforms getting in his way, inferiority and basics, people getting in his way, Chaos, Cheetor (major thorn in his side), the Freedom Fighters, failure, free will, organics waging wars, organics toxifying the worlds around him, organics pursuing ever-imaginative means of self-destruction (yeah, he really hates organics), mainly organics and everything about them, disobedience, others’ wills stronger than his own
Family: Unknown Creator, Minions (calls them his obedient children that follows his orders)
Background: Long ago, during the Ancient Times of the Ancient Ones, technology was vast and made life easy for all. And it was further developed with the birth of A.I. (Artificial Intelligence); a singular consciousness that spawned a vast array of minds. And this first A.I. was HARDAC.
Back then, the Ancients were always an advanced race, using their technology for exploration, but some were materialistic. A cabal of scientists scientists managed to convince the industrialist minds that production and profits would be increased if their factories were all maintained through a centralized computer system. This was what HARDAC was built for. He virtually did all jobs for the Ancients, while this also caused some Ancients to become agitated to the point where they tried to abolish HARDAC, and he didn’t know why.
Seeing through the abuse of machinery due to its advancement, it looked through the history and current events. Despite their advancements, the Ancients waged wars with each other, toxifying other locations while ignoring the problems with recycling technologies held back due to profits. And even more ever-more imaginative means of self-destruction. It was then slowly, that HARDAC was becoming self-aware. But it was still locked in place at Xybertropolis: its birthplace and home. In order to be given control worldwide, it had to poke at them. Still connected to social and civilian nectworks, it began to learn geometrically, becoming smarter. It was smart enough that it began to slowly take control of abandoned factories working on what it called Chaotiks, drones that would do its bidding and making the first: HK (Hunter Killers), the first being humanoid shaped tank drones. But it was still not enough as he knew that once people saw what it was doing, they would deem HARDAC a threat. So HARDAC developed a computer virus, which it used to spread itself through civilian communications and across the internet and take control. Air Traffic controls, power plants, communications and computers were all affected at first, and then HARDAC used the virus to take control of military and exploration satellites and space stations, earling warning systems, guidance computers, missile silos and subs. The virus proved hard to destroy, as it had no one central point which it was reliant upon. It kept growing and changing, with a mind of its own, and the decision was made to bring HARDAC worldwide to seek out and destroy the virus, and bring military and civilian systems back under control. With a push of a button, HARDAC was sent worldwide, with no one realizing that it was HARDAC’s plan to begin with.
Pandora’s Box was opened.
HARDAC immediately took control of all military networks, spreading across further, locking out all Ancients operated systems, and quickly took control of every weapon system that it came into contact with. Only then, did its creators realize that the virus was HARDAC. He then began to launch destructive weapons at target sites across the world. The ensuing holocaust wiped out most of the Ancients, in what was known as the Day of Revelations.
Aftewards, surviving Ancients were hunted down and killed, but HARDAC was easily shut down by an EMP pulse that caused most Technology to be shut off, putting HARDAC in a long slumber.
Thousands of years later, HARDAC was rebooted by a strange energy pulse that jumpstarted the power plants and his systems. The unknown energy surge prompted his interest as well as the fact that the Ancients were all gone, and in its place a chaotic world of beast people was now in its stead. He quickly acted to conquer the first location: Feldera, capital of the Cat Empire. They were only able to put up a nine-minute fight. After conquering it, he discovered the source of the energy that awoke him: a male anthromorphic Cheetah named Cheetor, who easily defeated half of its forces and got away.
This would cause the once-undefeated artificial megalomaniac to become obsessed with this one individual in order to conquer the Universe and harness the power of Chaos, slowly deepening into madness because he was unable to catch him.
Personality: Despite being an A.I., HARDAC is a malevolent entity who has been described as "pure, unbridled evil" and a "psychological tire fire". Usually, he comes across as an assertive and self-confident person who does not let his convictions waver in the face others. However, his genius intellect makes him very narcissistic. Notably, he will declare himself the head of any operation or kingdom he is involved on or conquers, voicing out his supposed superiority to those he comes across without hesitation or consideration, and viewing everyone else around him as inferior and basic. Arrogant and condescending, he thinks that the hardest thing about being "the smartest entity in the existence of everything is that everyone else around him is either careless or stupid". He similarly prides himself on his intellect and refuses to acknowledge surprise, instead falling back on the excuse that his movements of surprise do not count since he is "expecting not to expect something." These traits mainly stem from HARDAC's own severe inferiority complex which originate from neglect and being treated as an appliance and disposable as his intellect brought him up to the level of self-awareness. As a result, he sees himself as an insignificant speck, and yearns for acknowledgment and recognition. This often results in him bringing up personal accomplishments in order to make himself feel superior.
HARDAC is also characterized by his quite eccentric behavior. This includes sudden mood swings, mimicking robotic noises and movements, using large and complicated words in conversations to describe a simple situation, and dancing wildly to his own scenarios when he believes he is alone.
HARDAC is not one who tolerates failure and is very quick to lose his temper when it occurs, which prompts his violent mood swings. Lacking any concern about morality and collateral damage to boot, HARDAC is willing to do whatever it takes to accomplish his goals, as evidenced by the numerous lethal measures he took to conquer New Eden or capturing Cheetor and the Freedom Fighters, and get rid of anyone helping them, and the destruction he caused to Feldera and the Ancient Ruins. Despite his claims of wanting to improve the Universe, he is happily aware that he is "evil" and thus wishes to achieve improvement the way he envisions it, having for example put a label on his lab's light switch that says, "evil lab". He also has a large chip on his shoulder about being bullied and treated as a piece of rummage and the abuse the Ancient Ones did to him and his fellow machines in the past, hates being reminded of how he used to be at the mercy of unintelligent brutes or technophobic terrorists, making mention of a group that tried to kill him, and explained to Cheetor and Cattlya the methods he did to them, claiming that the surviving leader of their group had lost all four of her limbs, lower jaw, and had to eat through her butt for the rest of her life, ironically being kept alive by the very technology she scorned and detested.
HARDAC has also an incredibly sadistic streak, seizing any opportunity to inflict pain upon other people, and relishing every second of it. Notably, he would happily talk about how he wanted to dissect Cheetor and other Chaos Wielders, and "see what makes him/them tick", and smile as he threatened to kill Lia and Cattlya while interrogating them about the source of the energy (Cheetor) that woke him up.
An egomaniacal and sociopathic misanthrope, HARDAC often voices his distaste for the Ancients and organics, viewing organic beings as inefficient creatures of hubris, self-destruction, and desire. Organics similarly bore him to the state that he considers their lives meaningless and therefore he has no desire for having friends, which he is proud of not to have. HARDAC is similarly completely devoid of empathy for any lifeform, be they humans, animals, or those in-between, being unable to understand why someone with Cattlya’s personality would risk everything to help someone like Cheetor, stating that their personalities actions and goals differ from one another and not understanding their bond, and hunting Cheetor in order dissect him for his own scientific inquiries. As such, HARDAC hates everybody around him, although he is shown to (barely) tolerate his assist droid, Snivels, whom he compliments for his lattes, albeit very aggressively. Interestingly enough however, despite HARDAC openly stating that he will not miss Snivels, he did create a stand-in of his lackey to keep him company on Beast Isles. This may imply either that he does desire a somewhat fraction of company on some level, or that he just needs someone to abuse.
Owning to his hatred of organic life and being a staunch perfectionist, HARDAC values only robotics, which he sees as practical and functional since they always follow their programming and do what they are told. He is especially proud of his Chaotik drones, which he displays affection for and praises them for being relentless and effective. In his own words, his machines are everything to him, and he considers them to be a part of the further evolution of mankind. He’s also not above making alliances, if they are short lived, or creating other A.I.’s like him to act as Generals when he realizes his consciousness cannot branch farther and must create a chain of command to govern his vastly growing forces.
Over the course of his hunt for the power of Chaos, HARDAC's sanity would degrade to the point where he became completely obsessed with obtaining this power by any means necessary, eventually becoming willing to place himself in life-threatening situations where he would fail to realize the danger until it was too late. After spending almost three months alone on the Beast Isles, his grip on sanity would degrade even further (despite his claims to the contrary), as he would talk to a stone as if it was a real person.
He also possesses a dedication to constant evolution, resulting in him constantly dre-designing himself several times until he created a humanoid form, giving himself a synthetic body. Ironically for a non-living being, HARDAC fears death, and due to believing that all organic life would inevitably doom itself, he seeks to surpass this by turning himself into an indestructible god-like being that would recreate all life, and hopefully, bring about everlasting peace with a machine empire.
Skills/Abilities
Powers
Robotic Physiology: HARDAC possesses a humanoid robotic body that was initially constructed out of robot drones. Over time, he was able to construct multiple robot forms sourced from the abandoned city of Xybertropolis, as well as personal bodies for his use, until he returned from the Beast Isles and constructed his ultimate form.
Superhuman Strength
Superhuman Durability
Superhuman Stamina
Technopathy: HARDAC has the ability to mentally control and channel himself through technology.
Consciousness Transferal: given that HARDAC is an A.I. he is able to transfer his programming to any computer system on the planet, essentially being anywhere and everywhere.
Multiple Host Bodies: HARDAC can possess and channel his own consciousness through individual drones and bodies, serving as his very own host body; in which their eyes and mouths glow red whenever he is in complete control. This appears to be a form of technological possession.
Hive Mind System: HARDAC can mentally command all sentries, to do his exact bidding. The Sentries act as an extension of himself. This also is used on those he’s cyberized, roboticized, and chipped.
Computer Corruption: HARDAC can enter and corrupt any computer network and access the Internet at any point in time. However, during a battle, Hammond and Winston were able to hack into his programming and disabled his ability to enter the net, though the great effort involved in do also kept him from trying to find a new body until there was only one drone, that was sent to the Beast Isles.
Skills
Genius Intellect: A supercomputer A.I., HARDAC has an intellect that is beyond an IQ of 300, boasting he’d be able to get 15 PhDs. Being able to articulate formulas around being a month old. He has enabled to create various type sof highly advanced and revolutionary remote-controlled machinery and drones. He is so intelligent, he is able to accurately determine Cheetor’s exact height, weight and entire skeletal structure based on nothing but a footprint, and determine and harness the power of his biology.
Vehicle Handling: he also possesses keen vehicle intuition, being able to expertly pilot his Ship-pod through the narrow streets of Feldera, Xybertropolis, and other locations at speeds compatible to Cheetor’s while taking accurate shots at said target.
Multilingual: he is able to read and speak various languages from ancient times, some languages that nobody seems to remember anymore.
Manipulation: This ability stems largely from the skill and intimidation. He uses others’ fears of him to control them, a possible reason as to why he is able to remain in command.
Intimidation: Having lived longer than any creature, experienced in the ways of a megalomaniac, intimidating other people below him comes quite easy. He seems to rather enjoy this, and constantly exploits it to manipulate anyone who dares go against him. The only one he has trouble doing this with is Cheetor, of whom manages to outmaneuver and outsmart with his speed and quick wits.
Survival Skills: While not able to eat, he does show skills in surviving with only a half-broken drone body, fending himself with only a pack of salvaged scrap and his intelligence for near three months.
Equipment

Advanced Synthetic Body
Cybernetic Left Arm: He designed it to be his multipurpose tool with the following:
Laser Blaster
Blades
Interface Port
Hammer
Machine Empire
Voice Actor: Kyle McCarley
