Inks by Khary Randolph, Base colors by Emilio Lopez & Final color and detail pass by Stone PeralesThis is the final card art used for a recent installment of the Chaotic card game. My job was to take the image and add the necessary polish to recieve approval for print. That includes repainting details like eyes, adding longer hair, defining facial features, as well as adjusting the overall colors.

A collaborative event the essence of Chaotic lol especially when it comes to Maxxor

Collaboration when known is good and can only improve the final result.What woud not be good is to take the work of an artist and give it to someone else to be kinda re-done, complete , modify without his approval.
It look like many art piece in chaotic have been worked on by more than one artist .I think the main idea is to find the style you want for your cards(art piece) then the ppl that can do it and from there putting your trust in them .
