I drew everything except for the foot in the corner, which I found + edited in a google search. I wanted to draw a girl with something disgusting in her mouth. At first it was going to be a rat, but it would be just the tail slipping out and I don't think it would've been as recognisable.I was going to put the foot sticking out from the corner of her mouth but by the time I thought about that I'd already inked it (with ballpoint pen. it looks brushy cos of a filter) and err I'm steadier with a pen than the wacom pen and uhh yeh I realise now I could've also just drawn the foot on tracing paper and then taping it to a piece of paper and THEN scanning it to edit it in but. I'M LAZY AS HELLLLL all right.

ahehe YEH IT DOES OK. After the crotch attack Naruto stabs Itachi in the face and Itachi blesses his soul before telling Naruto Naruto looks like he's carrying triplets and then Naruto gives painful manbirth and dies in the process and that's how he gets into the spiritual world and the rest of the series goes on to explore how Naruto got knocked up.
Questions arised: Does Itachi carry around semen in his mouth?
Does Naruto hide superovaries in his ass?
Why did Naruto's triplets look like Cactaur?!?!?

WITH the triplets in side so they are unable to decide who's the true father/mother/thing/semen giver and sasuke, because of his shriveled penis, now must get plastic surgery and extensive penis therapy to return it to use. itachi joins a hair band and bangs away to poison or some other scary makeup wearing 80s hair band.

The triplets eventually eat their way out of Naruto's corpse and Naruto is very sad in the spirit world but he soon sates himself by kicking gods in the ankle because that's about as high as he can reach and they punish him by making him sit into a little corner by himself next to the bad sumo wrestler.
Itachi takes a short break from being a rocker to where he had buried Naruto and digs the corpse back up like how squirrels dig up nuts to eat and he's sad that his hidden food supply had been depleted and looks for the triplets.

eventually the freak show was stopped by fanatics who saw public displays of people with physical impediments to be inhumane. so the triplets started a company for triplets. meanwhile, hello kitty and gackt are still trying to figure out who's the father. even though they have to baby.
itachi later finds his menchi purse has turned into a bright green purse. which later became a clear sparkly purse without him knowing.
naruto bites the butt of the sumo wrestler to get him off but to no avail.
