How did u do the background?

I did a black background and used the stars with the star brush thingy. then used a large softer brush at maybe 50% opacity? I made a glow around the girl in white and did yellow behind the stars. then i just did random dots in yellow, white and this orangy color (all with the larger brush 'cause it gets more concentrated if you make it smaller).
