Yes. I absolutely had to draw this guy again. :> I thought I would take a break from doing things digitally this time...traditional work is a lot more fun right now. <3 (And a lot easier on the eyes. *_*)I don't know about you, but Reycom seems like the kind of charrie that would have a rough background. (I wouldn't know, of course...he was only in about two episodes of the anime. T_T And even a shorter period of time in the manga...) Not to mention he's the first mamodo to be defeated in the mamodo battle...by Zatch, who hardly knows what he's doing at the time...so is he going to be stuck being the village fool or whatnot?...seems like Bari or Fein would rather be suited for that job. But either way, Reycom is pretty ticked about everything, so here he is all bloodied and mad.

Nice drawing...power wise. I think Reycom is alot stronger then Hyde. I think the reason why Hyde lost is because of his foolish partner who treated him like trash.

well he might not have been the first to lose. remember that Brago and other Mamodo were hunting eachother and had probably already nailed about 20 mamodo since Zatch began late in the game. so more like 70-90th out of 100.

yeah, he should have stayed on the show a little bit longer. Kiyo even showed pity on him and was going to bring him to the hospital. He could have been a reformed villain, but the author of Zatch Bell decided not to.

It's like Makoto Raiku had a bunch of great-looking characters swirling around in his head, and when he created Zatch-Bell! he had some sort of desire to dispose of them all. And as much as I love Zatch and Parco Folgore, all of the actual main characters are really goofy-looking...

Yeah. And I know this sounds obsessive, but I really like to get inside the character's heads. With Zatch, it's pretty easy because he speaks his mind, but I'd like to see how Reycom felt about being the first mamodo to be sent back to the mamodo world, or what Zofis is going to do when he gets back to his crazy step-aunt or something. (Yeah, I know Zofis had plenty of spotlight, but I like the little guy...and I really don't think he had the most exciting role ever.)
