They won't take it seriously. They let cases of art thief through and they don't care about third party reports at all. Unless I'm reported by this person you are "protecting" they'll just ignore the case and tell you to get the original person to report.

Considering I actually put a lot of effort into these and only one person has actually produced something decent, I'll say NO.
These are free for people who actually want to spend some good time and effort into drawing the design and using the character they created from it. Not for people who barf out a picture in ten minuets and call it quits.
