Storm: This is the ACF's latest syringe, able to inject any healing medicine into their troops or innocents with ease.However, I also modified it to be able to inject chemicals into their enemies... such as a deadly combo of Nightshade and toxic from the Poison Dart Frog. Batrachotoxin to be exact. So you got a deadly hallucinogenic-neurotoxin one-two punch.
