Storm: Right, 's Alice informed me of a bit of fear from LA Swat about the LAPD getting better guns than they do, so in order to build bridges between the two, I made them a bullpup assault rifle. Chambered in 5.45mm rounds, this AR can take down terrorists with ease.I also heard of fears of the guns falling into the wrong hands, and while I can't put the secret in every weapon, I can prevent this weapon from being used through ID-Lock, with a DNA sample, this weapon will be used to those who are allowed to use it, if anyone else uses it, it'll be engaged in permanent safety until either the user or I can unlock it.

Luis: hmmm the desing looks versatile for assaults... With a few modifications and a hollow sigh... It would be perfect for the standart issue for all squadrons in case of a emergency

Storm: I know you do right, but I also know that you've had troubles with armored threats, and while 5.7mm ammo is a very powerful bullet against armor, the controversies with it are still being questioned by higher ups in the government.
You may have your FS2000's and your Five-Sevens. But every day, the game's changing, soon, even your Mossberg's won't be able to keep pace with the new threats.
My job is to give armaments to those who need it, and though you may think you may not need it sir; the times, they are a changing.
This weapon is designed not just to dispense justice, but to bridge a gap between local PD's and SWAT Forces.

Swat Commander: "Frowns" You think I'm some pencil psuher, don't you? Sitting in office going through papers and drinking coffee, oblivious of the truth? I've been in the field for almost 25 years, seeing the worst our proud city has to offer - narcotic gangs waging gangwar midday, weapons smugglers, zealot cults with bombs instead of bibles, organised violent robberies, derranged fathers holding their babies at gunpoint, demented grannies shooting everyne thinking they're CIA assasins... you can imagine it, I've seen it. So yes, I know we're getting outmatched, partly thanks to gun makers like you.

Commander: Let me finish! You say you mean well and all, and that your guns don't end up to wrong hands, but you can't say that from people working for you. All chains have the weak link, willing to sell the guns for highest bidder. And every now and then me and my men have to go and clean up the aftermath. And no, PD isn't traitor proof, but we have IA to root them out. But who watches you, I wonder.....
And let me tell you - Politicans can moan and bitch about us having "Too" high caliber rounds, when all they do for us is shut down our payment and funding just because they're having a cock slapping fight at capitol hill or letting serial killers go just because someone forgot to read Miranda to him. While they work to keep their financers happy for next elections, I'm on the street trying to keep order and resolving high-risk shootouts with minimal loss of life witth minimal budget.

Let me make myself clear, I don't ask for favors because when people ask me for favors, it's usually in lieu of BS. So no. I won't ask you for favors.
I will say this though, if this weapon ends up in wrong hands, you only got yourself to blame, sir. Out of the hundreds of weapons I've made, I not had one complaint of terrorists, criminals or civvie getting their hands on it. Yes I had my weak links, but through careful PR and observations, I've rid the moles and will keep doing so.
Now, are we going to bury the hatchet? Or do we have an issue that needs to be resolved?

As for if we have any..."issues", we don't as long as you follow the law and don't do anything to hinder my work. Goverment may hire you guys on classified missions, but there's no "Fifth freedom" on my watch.
