Description
Commission for ~pukiris of her cats Toeter and Veegje
Drawn on A3 thick paper mostly in Prismacolor pencils and a touch of Derwent.
No ref for pose/anatomy. Only used a few photos of the animals for their colour and patterns.
Since I don't have a scanner this is a photo of it. Looks better in person
Interestingly enough, when seen from an angle (bottom left) they seem to pop out of the paper, in a "fake 3D" effect (not on purpose

I haven't read those books, but got the first one as a gift. I plan to read them after I've gotten further on my own story about cats, to make sure it can't be inspired =^_^=
