A lot of the awesome things I did in this picture can be attributed to the joint tool.I know a lot of people don't agree with me, but I really like Rainbow Dash, especially when she's portrayed well by the writers in the show (which is sadly not very common. Hurricane Fluttershy is probably the most awesome example of writers doing it right).
So yes. I had fun making this. The joint tool really helped with the bangs and wings.

With the physgun.
Basically, I had one above and one below, I think.

what colors, and also, what effects did you use here? I see Super DoF. Anything else?

Lamps are just white.
And used the joint tool to manipulate the jigglebones on the mane. No other special effects, really.

Oh the contrary: Rainbow Dash is possibly the most popular of the Mane 6, if not the most popular in the entire show. It's just the ones who do hate her are the ones who voice their opinions the loudest.
I like RD, too.

I guess one reason she seems to get a lot of hate is because, along side Derpy/Ditzy, she's the figurehead of the brony community, and those who don't like bronies tend to focus on her.

I like RD too. I find it preeeeeeeeeetty silly when people try to make the argument of her being a bad friend just because she has an egotism problem.

Same here. I just roll my eyes and focus on the better aspects of her personality.
Besides, we all have moments of egotism. Dash just has a lot.

Even besides that, every character needs flaws. Dash's is her inflated self-opinion, which has also been shown to be something to cover up her insecurity issues.

Dashie is my favourite pony too. And yes, she sometimes needs more love.

I think Dash gets plenty of love from the brony community.
Just not so much in the Garry's Mod/SFM community.
And yes, RD is awesome. Though, I'm more an Applejack kinda guy, but Dash is a very close second in my books.

Eh, she's my least favorite of the Mane 6 but I tolerate her. FiM is one of those rare shows where I can't really say I hate or absolutely loathe any characters. I do like that's she's loyal to her friends though but the cockiness does get on my nerves after a bit.
When the writers get her down though, they get her down (Hurricane Fluttershy, Wonderbolt Academy).

Interesting. Normally, my favourites of the mane six are, in order:
-Applejack (honest, honourable, and has a secksie awesome voice. Probably the pony I most respect due to her Element and attitude to work (which I sadly don't share))
-Rainbow Dash (cute, confident, bewinged, and just has an aesthetic appeal to her. Loyalty is one of my best aspects, and although she does have her moments of vanity, I just can't help but like her for other reasons)
-Twilight Sparkle (very similar to me in many regards, and her position often switches with RD)
-Rarity and/or Fluttershy (both well developed characters - their order depends on my mood)
-Pinkie Pie (while she's awesome, she seems a little less developed than the others, and sometimes her ridiculousness just gets to the point of excessive. Though, when she breaks down, she brings the feels.)

AJ is my second favorite due to her honestly and her hard working personality, and I like her Southern voice. Twilight would be my first (love the OCD/Adorkable bookworm characters and I love Strong's voice) followed with Fluttershy (the member that I'm most like).
Rarity I believe is underrated and often is with Fluttershy in terms of favorite. Pinkie Pie I surprisingly don't care much for, I mean I like her (and it's ironic cause Kirby, one of my favorite video games series, is often with her) but I couldn't care much for her "PARTY!" personality. I do enjoy "sad Pinkamina" over "insane Pinkamina" though. With RD, personally I've seen worse characters that are like her so she's not that bad. I'm just not a fan of the "arrogant athlete" personality she has.
