Son Hedge (Sonic the Hedgehog + Goku): Born on the dying planet of Vegos (Mobius + Vegeta, the Planet), Sonarot was sent away to a distant planet known as Earth. There, he would be able to effortlessly blend in with the locals. Adopted by a retired martial arts master, Son Claw (Longclaw + Grandpa Son Gohan), the survivor of Vegos was raised as Son Hedge. Son Claw quickly learned that Hedge possessed incredible speed and a lust for battle. To help curve the young boy's recklessness, the old master trained his new son in the ways of the warrior. Hedge was taught to use his powers responsibly, and fight for those who couldn't fight for themselves, even in the face of impossible odds. Hedge took this to heart, and when his adoptive father passed away, he embarked on a journey to make the world a better place, and along the way made a few friends.

Sega (Shadow the Hedgehog + Vegeta): Born was the privileged prince of Vegos, Sega viewed himself as "the ultimate lifeform" having never lost a battle in his life. His power gave him dangerous arrogance, and complete disregard for his fellow comrades. Unfortunately, a king is nothing without his kingdom. While off-world on a mission for Dr. Freeze, Sega and E-123 Nappa (E-123 Omega + Nappa) received word that their home had been destroyed. Everyone, even Sega's younger sister Marble (Maria Robotnik + Tarbles) was dead. What awoke in Sega from that day was an unyielding rage, a rage like no other. Seeking vengeance for the ones responsible for this, Sega and E-123 Nappa followed any leads sent to them from Dr. Freeze on where the culprit was hiding. Eventually, they found they way to Earth, where the supposed culprit, Sonarot, was hiding.

Bulma the Bat (Rouge the Bat + Bulma): After Hedge went out into the world, he quickly encountered Bulma the Bat, who had been searching for artifacts known as the Dragon Emeralds (Chaos Emeralds + Dragon Balls). Hedge already had one in his possession, gifted to him from his adoptive father. Bulma tried stealing the Dragon Emerald from Hedge, but unfortunately for her, the young man showed he was more than capable of holding his own against her. Seeing that she wouldn't win this fight, she decided to instead outsmart the young man and trick him into collecting the other Dragon Emeralds with her. Believing the Dragon Emeralds could make the world a better place, Hedge went along with Bulma, not knowing her own selfish intentions with the Dragon Emeralds. However, as fate would have it, Bulma's plan would not come to fruition, and the collected Dragon Emeralds would fall into more sinister hands...

Dr. Freeze (Dr. Robotnik + Frieza): Dr. Ivo Freeze is the one responsible for the destruction of Vegos. Having already recruited many of the residents to his cause, and converting rebels to robots, he now no longer had use for the planet. He would continue to puppet the likes of E-123 Nappa and Sega for his own personal gain. After his apprentice Agent Gero (Agent Stone + Dr. Gero) learned of the Dragon Emeralds, Dr. Freeze saw this as a prime opportunity to finally acquire ultimate power. Having sent Sega and E-123 Nappa after one of the last survivors of Vegos, he had the perfect opportunity to seize the Dragon Emeralds and imbue himself with godly abilities. However, Hedge and his newfound allies Knucklo (Knuckles + Piccolo) and Kail (Tails + Krillin) managed to disarm the madman and redirect the energy into Hedge. Now becoming the superior version of himself, Hedge defeated the tyrant with a mighty blast, ending his reign of terror for good. This act of heroism earned him the respect of Bulma the Bat, E-123 Nappa, and Sega, who decided to become loose allies to their more heroic counterparts.

Chaos Buu (Chaos + Majin Buu): Years had passed since the defeat of Dr. Freeze, Hedge and his friends had fought many deadly foes such as Meta (Metal Sonic + Cell) and Scorn (Scourge the Hedgehog + Broly), but neither of those would compare to the sheer power of Chaos Buu. A malevolent entity that lives solely for hunger, the emergence of Chaos Buu saw the destruction of the Earth itself! Thankfully, through the power of Hedge and Sega fusing together, and creating an all powerful Spirit Bomb, they were able to defeat the monster once and for all. The Dragon Emeralds would then be used to bring back the Earth and those of good heart who were lost.

Notes: "Some men aren't looking for anything logical.. They can't be bought, bullied, or negotiated with. Some men just want to watch the world burn." I imagine right now some of y'all hate me for these god-awful designs lol. Look, the pool for Sonic microheroes is incredibly limited, so I decided to lean into that and use mostly DBZ design elements in the best and worst way possible lol. If by some miracle any of you enjoyed this, maybe I can revisit this concept at a later time.
