By the way, there's a large piece on Scourge's collar throughout the comic that has puzzled me. It is larger than the other claws/teeth and it looks kind of like a bird skull so I drew it as one. I could have gotten that wrong of course, but I like the idea, and it seems oddly fitting. I tried to find confirmation in comments and descriptions but couldn't find it hehe... The skull is through the collar with the top part of the beak through as well, while the bottom half is on the inner side of the collar, holding it in place.
Also, I love the representations of Scourge that show him with an oriental-type head/snout or just with a thin face. It seems to look right...? So I drew my Scourge like that!! And I used an actual collar reference because gorramnit I gotta get this stuff right.
Also also, I'm trying out new cat eye styles at the moment. For a year or two I would get about 5-7 different shades of one eye colour and go light->dark->pupil, but at the moment I've been trying light^dark->colouredpupil and for this I did dark->light->colouredpupil. My older style also had blurred white spots on the eye (representing light reflections of course) at a maximum of three large spots mostly on the pupils. These two newer styles have more light spots and they can fit anywhere on the eye that is suitable. They are also kept flat, but this can depend on shading styles if there even is shading. I prefer the style used for this piece and will most likely stick to it from now on.

I've been wondering something, this scene between smokey and scourage. What were those things he had on the ground next to his collar? Was it his claws or something else entirely?

If I remember correctly in the book his claws were capped with dog teeth? I recall something about dog teethΒ

I hope it's dog teeth. Cause it be very disgusting and or disturbing to see scourage ripping out his own claws to put on his collar.

Yeah, in the manga I now he tried to cut his collar off with a dog tooth and it got stuck in his collar instead.

Oh well, you can't have everything in life, plus i think i like the books better than the manga. Or at the very least enjoy seeing preview of the manga's. Except spottedleaf heart, that book is a scourage on all the warrior books. It was so quick paced and bland and sappy it made my brain sore.πππππππ

Haha, and not to mention in Bluestar's prophecy, Spottedleaf wasn't even kitted at the time of Bluestar giving her kits up xD Now I didn't like Tigerheart's Shadow too well, it was just so slow, I ended up just jumping to the good parts xD

Meh, i never minded that one much it was ok i guess, i say it was right next to skyclan destiny. But i think the erins should bury and burn and literally stop on spottedleaf heart and that's me being polite on how much i hate this book.
I feel like the erins weren't even trying when they made this book. It was like one the erin was like "hey lets make a book all about spottedleaf." And than all other didn't have a bright idea whatsoever and decided to make it so fast pacing and than decide to drop the bomb of thistleclaw and spottedpaw are in love.

Oh SkyClan's one made me mad, on the online version every time there is a word with two ll there's a huge space between them, and random spaces where there shouldn't be, ugh, I couldn't read it because of that.
Yeah, and in Blue's book Spottedleaf didn't want to be a warrior she wanted to be a medicine cat, but in Spottedleaf's book she wanted to be a warrior, like make up your freaking mind people, either that or fire one writer

Meh skyclan was ok, i didn't even mind it that much, but i prefer the timeline between skystar and graywing their favorite skyclan characters and their story arc's are just good so sad.

I even cried when leafpool had to give her kits to her sister and brother-in-law to raise. But nothing made me cry more than bluestar prophecy. It so sad, granted it was good story arc for her and her life but it made me cry so much.
