I have a few questions based on the rights of this character....
If one were to purchase, does the rights now belong to said buyer? (I know it's stated within the description, but I would just like to be sure. Example, Say one were to create an animated short and use the character and and distribute it.)
Granted the credit will still fall to you being the original designer. But under legal means, will the character there fore belong to the buyer?
(I just wish to be very clear on your wishes, and any boundaries you may have. )

Everyone's rights are different per adopts and designs, but I like to treat mine fair and professional: If you own this design, this character, you own everything about them. You could make a cartoon show, a comic, even put the character on a shirt. As long as I get paid for the design, it's all yours haha. Credit will still technically falls to me for creating her design, but personality, story... it's all up to you. Even redesigns are A-OK.
