im guessing typhlosion, as the bug/fire type makes typhosions moves hit with normal power and if it knows rock slide (which it should) it'll kill it

And as for the outcome, it could be tricky ... no doubt Volcarona's got the stats on Typhlosion, but its types and moveset could be a problem against an all fire type like that. Certainly a battle I'd wanna see!
