Wouldn't the bow tie envy the fez because the Doctor wants the fez, and the fez would envy the bow tie because the Doctor wears the bow tie.

Sweet! Maybe I'll get myself a bow tie to wear when the series returns, maybe I'll even wear it to school since it's no different to what I've worn before: top hats, feather boas, fake tattoos on my face, seizuriffic colored jewelry, etc.
