Nepgear didnt want to kill her sister, she reluctantly did so when her sister told her to. She didnt want to kill any of the cpus but fate went another way

Plutia is at the very best as strong as a normal CPU or normal Nepgear, and no feat has been given to prove otherwise, and no, fear is not a combat feat, it doesn't matter if Iris is scary because she tortures her enemies after ganging up on them, it doesn't make her strong.

Conquest Nepgear defeated DoS in one hit, an enemy that 8 CPUs and a bunch of makers had trouble to deal with. At the very least Conquest Nepgear would be stronger than DoS, who is by itself stronger than several CPUs. This isn't even considering that Conquest Nepgear would have way more shares than Plutia, as Conquest Gear would have all nations under her rule, and Plutia would struggle to even keep her nation up considering her laziness, and shares are what makes CPUs strong. Plutia stands no chance.

I made an OC sword kinda similar to the Conquest blade. I call it the Cursed Blade of Death Heart. (Death Heart being an OC, I wonder how the two weapons would go against each other....or maybe even fuse together.)

Actually, now that the Hyperdimension CPUs have their Next Forms, Neptune alone could probably take out Iris Heart very easily.
(But since we dont know how powerfull is this Conquest!Nepgear, is pretty difficult to say if she could counter Iris)
