I had to do an entry for Genie, plot of Book1 of the fanfics that spawned this dex was to find a genie. I got most of my info for like the mint thing & the reflection of a master's will from my favorite game King's Quest 6. In fact the rumor in that entry is discribing the genie from that game his name was Shamire Shamazzle. And there 2 ways deal with him near end game, much like any adventure game there 2 ways to deal with things, the direct approach or the more thoughtful approach which will give you more points though some times sillier!

And yes in Genies do come in bottles & Rings, in fact in the original Aladdin (not disney) there were 2 genies. If you played Sonic & the Secret Ring you would know. the genie of the ring would grant you small but infinite amount of wishes but the Genie of the lamp could grant you limitless wishes but only 3 of them.
