So, in my storyline, instead of being a puppet, Pinocchio was born a real human boy as Geppettoβs official son. Geppetto works very hard as a single parent to raise him after Pinocchioβs mother died in childbirth. Eventually, as Pinocchio gets older, their relationship is tested by the fact that Pinocchio being motherless is effecting him.Β
