As far as her breasts are concerned, I think they're accented enough. I mean, you can see her cleavage in the diamond of her shirt...and in the uncoloured version, you could even see the circles I sketched for her boobs before I drew on her clothes.
I also argue that not all girls are going to have huge out there breasts, or wear tight clothing to show them off.
