I think that the 'official'/more widely known term is 'Chimera'. So yes, she's a chimera.

Chimera, chimaira or chimaera may refer to:
* Chimera (mythology), a monstrous creature made of the parts of multiple animals
I think that a mutt is more of a hybrid, with the characteristics of the creatures being mixed together,(sort of a red + yellow = orange), and a chimera is more or less random parts of different creatures stuck together ( many colours stuck together = rainbow). Going by this logic, as well as the definitions of both words, she is a chimera.
