I used a ref pic of my own feet, actually.I still have about three on my cellphone. I must have looked weird taking pics of them in Wendy's...
As far as the digi/plantigrade feet,I was using the manga by Toshiro Ono as a reference, and it make sense to me. (Granted it was Pikachu images I was looking at, but they're related, soo...It should mostly work in my mind.)In reality it probably happened that way because I'm used to drawing digi feet, and it just happened.
