Hey Strangeh!
Okay, this really isn't critique, more of what you might want to do.
Copy the bird wing's onto another layer, but still on the bird, and add just a little motion blur, because currently, the bird's look somewhat fake.
And underneath the lift back leg, you could add a little dust cloud, but very minuscule. It is dirt, so...
The mane looks good, same with the tail.
The muzzle also blends into the rock there a bit, you have to focus on it.
Maybe up the opacity (if you lowered it) and for the mode make it "overlay" or "soft light."

I think this is my new favourite from you. The colour looks great, and the horse fits very well! I agree with =emkdesigns 's suggestion about the bird wings, but even as it is, this looks amazing.
