I've been wanting to try painting for a while now, and I think this came out pretty good.Done with Paint Tool SAI in approx. 1 hour and 44 minutes.
Edit: Forgot to mention this was an art trade.

If you mean digital tool-wise, I used the following:
- Pen [For sketching]
- Brush [For lining and colouring]
- Air Brush [For hair and eye highlights]
And if you mean program-wise, I used Paint Tool SAI.
