Fred is amazing, I can't believe he was only in two episodes (and one of those was like. five seconds.)

I'm pretty sure this is the first episode I watched. It sticked to me like glue.
The ones I remember best are this one, the one with the tower of depression, the evil mattress episode and the one with the hunchback. That one makes me cry ;n;

I think he's the creepiest character in Courage, and that's saying something.

He certainly looks naaauuughty. Man you've translated him so well into your style, including the mad-ass grin and the hair. I never found that episode freaky, but I was pretty freak-resistant as a kid so eh

The razor looks kinda weird though, like he's actually pressing it against his chest. You could do with pulling it away a bit, maybe casting a shadow underneath. those nails are a great touch though

πŸ‘: 0 ⏩: 1

StrangeWeirdo In reply to ottechoco [2008-10-28 14:21:09 +0000 UTC]

I'll add a little shadow around the razor to show he's not shaving his suit. Thanks for the comment, it's great to get long ones like that

Also since I'm a creepy stalker I often check out the profiles of people who leave comments on my drawings and I couldn't help noticing someone talking about TCoD on your page. Are you a member or erm :v

ottechoco In reply to StrangeWeirdo [2008-10-28 15:58:19 +0000 UTC]

oh used to be, I'm a bit outta the Pokemon fandom as of late really xD Yeah I was Snow Charizard there, grown out of that handle a bit since it's so darn generic. I don't think we communicated much though - you were Strangy amirite?

πŸ‘: 0 ⏩: 1

StrangeWeirdo In reply to ottechoco [2008-10-28 22:22:43 +0000 UTC]

Yup, Strangy, now known as Vladimir Putin's LJ. I'm on TCoD but I don't really pay attention to PokΓ©mon much nowadays, still buy the games and play through them but I still don't know what the hell EV training is.

I remember you, Snow. You were pretty cool, better than half the members on there now, ugh.

πŸ‘: 0 ⏩: 1

ottechoco In reply to StrangeWeirdo [2008-10-29 15:01:22 +0000 UTC]

Oh thanks~ Yeah, I do still play the games and they're great fun, but the fandom's just been putting me off lately, guh. Its just wank all the time, and everywhere I go its either pokephiles which make me feel like a yiff-free furry faced with a bunch of fetishists. Or eleven-year-old newfans and I get reduced to this cane-shaking old granny ranting on about OT fic and how splices were better in her day and we didn't have any of these new-fangled EV points or egg moves.

πŸ‘: 0 ⏩: 1

StrangeWeirdo In reply to ottechoco [2008-11-03 20:12:39 +0000 UTC]

I avoid the Pokephile Culb as much as possible on TCoD because it really it disturbing.
And yeah way too much information to memorize for a kid's game. EV training? In my day we got a Pikachu and we had to keep him happy and damnit we loved the lil' bugger!

Creepy as fuck.
'I'D NEVER SEEN SUCH HAIR BEFORE'
'Coouuuuraaaaaggeeee....'
But the weirdest part is when Courage is desperately trying to crawl under the door, gets a plate of pancakes from Muriel and gets them shoved and shaved (?) into his mouth by Fred. I was all 'uggghhh what the hell' even as a kid.

Muriel gets a visit from her creepy-ass cousin Fred, who gets locked in the bathroom with Courage. Then Fred proceeds to tell the tale of how he loves shaving people (while shaving Courage to the sound of children singing 'lalalalalananana' while Eustace supposedly goes out to buy things to repair the lock.
The Fred gets taken into The Creepy Barber's Home, the end.

It's trippy ):

There was a giant, creepy moon. (I was young, so I don't remember much.) And it involved crops. Or.
