*sobs* I miss Portland so much! It is such a beautiful city and you totally captured it in this picture. I love how still the water is and I adoooore the lights. Eeeeee, I miss it so much!

I like how you used the bridge as almost a 'frame', if you would. It's a nice way to focus on the prettyness of the city and get a good look of I5.

i love all the reflections casted by the cityscape. The sky is perfect, the angle, nice capture, really nice capture. The clarity and balance is done very very well, keep it up.
