My new galaxy fox character, Celest.I am inlove with this design!
They are genderless.
To expand on the "Must approve of any alterations," that just means if you want to put different color galaxy patterns in it (i.e not the light-dark blues i have in this reference) you must first run it by me.
They can be almost any pattern of galaxy themed colors, though. I just require you to run it by me first!
If you wish to draw Celest, though, and want to draw them as is- you can feel free to do so, as this is the default colors/pattern for them.
