So cool you play the guitar! 
It's really nice how you captured the music feel. It's not like what a bunch'a people do when their picture is taken, you know, when people "pose" or whatever. This shows action! There's more going on than just a cool pose, which is awesome. However.. My only critique is that there is too much blurring :/ I'm loosing the beauty of the action and the guitar's 'magic'. You can still blur some stuff, but maybe if the hand and a bit more of the guitar strings were in focus, I'd be even better!

I like the atmosphere that the black and white gives to this photo.
I think that more visual interest could be given to this photo if you had the hand in focus instead of the centre of the guitar - maybe say something about the guitarist rather than the guitar itself.

Very nice. Guitars look great in black and white. My only suggestions would be to either capture more or crop the top of the photo. Just showing the dip in the body of the guitar looks a little strange. The light reflections are also VERY white. I would suggest using better lighting or using the burn tool in PS. They just look very harsh against the the greys in the photo.
