You don't usually see many good B7 portraits -- usually there's something very slightly off somewhere -- but this is one. This is damn good. And you can taste the smugness.

Wow...I don't know how long this piece took you, but that jacket alone would have taken me a month of Sundays... Fabulous! Though I'm not familiar with the character, I love him already: that rather distant, self-assured expression (the little half-smile is perfect!), the brows slightly lowered and the arms akimbo all combine to convey that "aloof" quality you mentioned in the comments! I love the shading and contrasts--it's a great portrait!
