Rushing Wind is a timid pony like her mother. She is soft spoken and it's hard for her to make friends. When she does become friends with somepony however, she is extremely supportive and loves to help her friends achieve their goals. She is a sweet and gentle mare and only becomes angry when she feels like somepony has been treated unfairly. She dreams to become a wonderbolt like her parents and to find a special somepony. She is not the best flyer and practices her flying whenever she can. Her talent is counseling since she is so good at supporting her friends.
