Wow, beautiful picture. I love the blue color, it suits a rainy scene. The Doctor's "manic grin" is in great contrast with Rose's content smile. The rain effect is beautiful. Really, a great piece.

Wow that is really amazing. I love how you colored this piece, the blues just look fantastic! The poses look really good though there is something off about The Doctor's neck, but it isn't anything that takes away from this piece.
Just really well done ^_^ Makes me wish we had a few more Rose seasons...
