Very very sweet. If you wanna make the shot pop a little more, there are a few things you could try. In Photoshop, put the hands and background into 2 separate layers. You should experiment a little bit, but I would suggest trying a little gaussian blur to the background to remove some of the distracting elements and if you lower the contrast there, it will enhance the blur effect. After you do that, work with the hands. I don't think sharpening would be a great idea, but you can certainly try it (it might bring out some detail, but it will also increase the noise.) Upping the contrast via Contrast Enhance or Levels (or even Curves) would make the hands stand out more. Finally, adding a real small/light vignette around the upper edges will take the attention off the border and put it where it belongs... on you ladies!
