FULL VIEW!PLEASE FORGIVE MEEEEE~~!! This is terrible blood~!! >___< Ask my sister ( :debondiess: ), I tried really hard on this! It has a ton of effort into it... and I did it this whole day!

My sister helped me out a bit... on this guy's pose and things. O___o I thought up of the clock... bleeding clock on this cheek. He's supposed to be bleeding like mad!!! MUAHAHAH

with blood, choose the colour you want (bluish red) and use the dodge and burn tools a bit to add dimension. maybe a few dots around the wound (if you draw one) is good. that's how i do blood, but make sure that the dodge/burn tools aren't very hard (ppreferably natural media or airbrush) and follow the flow of what it's dripping off/soaking into

What did you use for this? Photoshop or opencanvas?
If you use opencanvas or will or whatever, it's actually really easy to do blood on opencanvas. Set the pencil thingie really thin and take a good blood colour, and just... well stroke... xDDD; because opencanvas is so cool *o* It really looks like bloood... >.> thats what I do anyways... xDD

alright for the first time CGing blood. Although I think that you should have kept to the cement background from the beginning and maybe put a few blood stains on the wall, i think it would have made him stand out more...but oh wells, it didn't turn out as bad as i thought you were going to make it, because it just seems that coloring ruins everything, at least thats what many people say anyways.
Just keep trying, not saying to 'try harder', i'm just saying, just keep doing what you're doing because you will improve...infact, you are improving every second that you spend CGing....=___= which it alot...

Whoa, that a lot of blood. Though the bloody clock on his face looks really awesome. The best way to make cool blood effects is use the smudge tool, which seems very helpful for me.

this is really cool. the bloody clock idea is really creative. awesome job. 
Blood's really hard to draw, but personally, I don't see any problems. It's not bad since I'm going to assume that it's fresh blood. For a project in school I had to make a bloodied up shirt. I used brown hair dye. Because the blood was supposed to be dried. But personally I like the redness of your blood.
the background is especially intense. It brings out the bloodiness of it all

you're not the only one that struggles with blood TT___TT i too suck.....not that you suck of course XD I think it turned out well for a first try, next time though try making the color more intense (spelling???) ever se what happens when blood falls on clothes??? try to create that same effect....not that i can do it though XD......
